I was recommended Rob / Pathway from a friend who had his team do their kitchen, and we could not be happier with the work. We had our kitchen and 2 bathrooms entirely redone, and it looks incredible. Their professionalism, communication, and ownership of the entire project was top notch, and the work is fantastic - exactly how we wanted it. The work was also completed under budget and earlier than expected, which considering the scale of the project was impressive. We have already recommended Rob to multiple family members (who also love working with him), and will absolutely be using him for future projects. Thank you Rob and Pathway!

We just had a great experience with Pathway Development. Our remodeled bathroom exceeded our expectations. Robert and Eddie were on top of everything from the get-go. Pricing, scheduling, review of materials, etc. was smooth and thorough. All the workers were friendly, professional and meticulous. You could see that they all took extreme pride in their craft. Rob and his team did a total remodel of a four story townhome for us in Marina Bay in Quincy. Every aspect of working with Rob and his team was top notch. They totally transformed the home into exactly the vision we had for it. Rob’s prices are fair and transparent, the work was very well done, the crews were clean and friendly, and we couldn’t be happier with the finish product here. I was given Robert Egan's name and number from a trusted friend who used Pathway for their home renovations. From the very beginning Robert and team were patient - when it came to the bank asking for so much information for our loan, flexible - with my ever-changing wants for the project, helpful - with suggestions as to what would work better in a space or what would save us money and just overall easy to work with. Everyone on the crew was friendly and pleasant to me, our dogs and our kids! Robert was always very responsive via text, email and phone and always gave me options for colors, prices, materials, etc. for all aspects of the project. There work was so good, we kept expanding what we were doing. They ended up working in almost every single room of our house! I highly recommend them and will use them for any house renovations we have moving forward.

FANTASTIC experience working with Pathway. We heard back from Rob about our initial inquiry very quickly, who set the stage for a seamless, professional, and exceptional experience through the entire build with his enthusiastic and helpful guidance. We worked closely with our fantastic, dedicated, and communicative project manager, Charlie, through the entire build of the addition on our home. The work was exceptional and the team at our home was friendly, respectful, and extremely professional. We cannot recommend Pathway more highly!

Rob and his team did a great job building my my new deck. Between Robs strong communication skills, demo of the old deck, new footing installation, and the new deck build, the crew did everything in a professional, clean, and timely manner. I embarked on a multi-six figure renovation of a 5k sqft 4 unit apartment building with Pathway. I will be the very first to admit it was my first project anywhere near this scale, in a private ownership setting, and I believe that I learned a LOT. As with any large project there were a ton of bumps and unexpected pop-ups. Our building was very tired with 50 years of "landlord special". Rob, Eddy, Brian, Sylvanno and their team members took great care of me, my wife, and my anxious pestering through the entire process. Despite my constant onslaught of questions, and speedbumps, these guys kept it very professional and took care of us all along the way. They took extra care to make sure permitting and inspections went well, and even went the extra mile on a few things that I don't think ever showed up on the bill. I'm not positive that I'd wish this sort of a process on my worst enemy, but if you have to do it, you can rest assured that Rob & Pathway will take care of you through every step. I appreciate them very, very much (even if it didn't always seem like that through the process!)

Pathway Development did a wonderful job on our full kitchen remodel. Working with Rob and Eddie was a pleasure. Rob was responsive every step of the process and accommodating of our timeline. I also appreciate the transparent pricing. The kitchen looks just like the design renders and we get many compliments from guests. Everyone from the carpenters, tiler, painters, drywallers, demo, electrical, and plumbing, are skilled and courteous. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Pathway. They recently completed a project for Weymouth Peer Recovery Support Center that came out amazing . The entire crew from start to finish was very accommodating, professional and skillful at their individualized trades. Communication through the Builder trend app assured everyone was aware of project progress over the past several months. Thank you again to everyone who contributed to the renovations of our beautiful new center.
