Robert has spent the last ten years working in the high-end residential remodel and new construction field. He brings to Pathway a wide understanding of all construction aspects from foundation to finish. His specialty is working closely with clients and designers in order to bring their vision to fulfillment. He is a graduate or Bridgewater State University and has both his MA Unrestricted Building License and OSHA 30 Certificate.
Eder has worked in the construction industry the majority of his adult life starting his first General Contracting business in 2001 at the age of 27. He brings to Pathway 22-years of technical experience in every aspect of construction and renovation. Eder’s vast experience enables Pathway to run projects properly and efficiently. He specializes in coordinating both work crews and subcontractors on site.
Patrick has worked in the residential construction industry for almost 20 years. Starting as a carpenter and progressing to project management. In his years as a project manager he has worked for companies of various sizes managing projects large and small, ensuring that the customer’s goals for the project are achieved and the project runs smoothly. At Pathway Development he has continued in his pursuit of managing projects efficiently and keeping customers happy.
Brian is the newest member of the Pathway Development team. Brian has spent the last two and a half years working for one of the largest design-build firms in the South-End of Boston. Brian brings a fresh perspective to the company. He is an up-and-coming stalwart in the construction industry.
